3/26/15 Thurs

Going to try and keep this up more often, but of course I have said that before. But this is my travel journal and whether anyone reads it or not is beside the point.
Today is sunny but we had a heck of a storm and wind blow thru here last nite.  Sometimes living in a motor home requires bravery too.  I don't get scared anymore when we rock and roll and have a bit of a fatalistic look at life.  If this is my day then I just need to be ready to accept it.  Its all for the good.
Anyhow, it didn't last long and I didn't lose television reception or lites so I was a happy camper so to speak.  Leroy worries a lot about the awning and if things could go wrong but not me anymore.
Decided not to see the house in Thornton as we wouldn't do anything about it even if we did like it.  We really aren't ready to make a commitment to settle down yet.  We will know when we should, we will know when we are ready. All will happen in the time frame it should happen in.  I don't worry.  We will know.
Today Leroy is going over to Lori's to do some finish up work that he started there.  I gave up trying to teach Iris to herd cause at this point it seems she is to old to pick it up but that's OK she still can do a lot.  The next pup will learn that.+\
We met some overnight campers last pm, nice people.  They needed a jump start for their Jeep.  We all went out to Babes Chicken Dinner.  Guess it is well known.  Its family style and its OK but I didn't jump for joy.  Too much chicken batter for me.  If we eat out here it is usually at The Old west Cafe, that has the cutest decor and the best food, especially breakfasts.  There is also a great little donut shop here in town.   This is really a bedroom community for Denton and Ft Worth/Dallas so it is just a spit in the road.  But it is a great little community and it is so much like home to us.   We do love it here.
Tomorrow Leroy has his last training session for the window repair.  It will be an unofficial optic-kleer associate.  He is calling it Chip Fix, so guess it is our new business.  Need to get some brochures and a shirt printed up but he is on his way.  Hope he puts enough into it so that with camp hosting it helps financially and we can build some more nest egg.
So this will be a quiet little day for me.  If it warms up or quits blowing so much I will work outside doing stuff and walk and play with the dogs but mostly I will sew. and finish up a couple little projects to be done before we move on.
Guess this is all for today.
