New plan

I decided after reading my posts that they are rather boring.  So will try not and post daily unless there is something unique or interesting to read.
We ended up at Monroe fairgrounds.  Now normally you wouldn't think so but fairgrounds are really quite nice places to camp.  They are quiet, have lots of places to walk and bike in some, usually not crowded, and in general peaceful. This one is a bit noisier now with the "Petty Experience,"going on but that is really only a few hours a day.  By 8 pm the place is a ghost town.   This week we have a group of teenage girls and their chaperones camping there in tents.  They have a biggggg soccer tournament in Snohomish.  They of course squeal and giggle and in general act silly but it doesn't bother us.  The fair in Monroe doesn't start till the22 but you would be surprised how much gets done.  before hand and how far before hand.  Things are going up all around us, some quilts are hung.  It is quite amazing as I never thought about how much work behind the scenes it takes to keep these larger
Fairgrounds running and putting on such complicated venues.  The grounds has workers on a 24/7 basis and one nite I heard them delivering garbage bins around at 3am  in the morning.  I don't know about anyone else but it is pretty amazing to me. So we are in the midst of that and can stay here till mon am.
I think I mentioned Leroy is on a first name basis with the host.  We are like family she says as we have been there a while .  I think hosts stick together, but I can't prove it.
The dogs and I have walked some trails around the lake.  Try to get one each day.if we miss that we roam the fairgrounds. One afternoon we went on a bike ride on the centennial trail.  One biker on the trail said I had a kick ass bike. (My 3 wheel recumbent).  Diesel gets to ride then.
