Well haven't I been lazy!  Hasn't been much happening.  Just living in the RV on our own property, in fact in the front yard.  Lots of lookers at the house but no offers so we just kept plugging along living our life.  I am still not back to work as had a bit of a defrugality with getting a release to get back to work.  So that is the way things went.
I went to an obedience workshop in Corvallis Oregon a couple weeks ago.  A pretty well known presenter.  It was so super and think my training will improve.  I combined that with a visit to my friend near Olympia for a few days before and for a few days after.  That was the really nice thing.  She is such an inspiration so i came home inspired and eager to try new things.
Then i worked out a deal with a teacher here on the island and took a treiball (pronounced tryball) seminar from here right here in Langley.  It is like bowling, and herding for dogs with great big exercise balls.  Iris really took to it and picked it up so fast.
Then this week the neighbor behind us made an offer on our place.  A pretty low ball offer but since it is the first one we have we gotten we took it. we got them up a very small amount and plan on taking it providing the house inspection goes thru.  That is this Mon.  They are paying cash and want possession on the 29th of this month so it will be some scrambling i think. Jeff says he will come home for a few days and help his dad.  Most of my stuff is packed up except picking out some sewing stuff to take along.
I will post some pictures of the house now that it is ready for showing since we changed a bunch of stuff and will post a picture of us in the front yard.
Don't know what we will do with the duck, she is such a pet that she doesn't leave Ours or Iris' side.  She sits outside the RV and waits for us or bangs on the step to try and get us to come out.  She is such a cutie, so we need to find her a pet home.
This weekend we have a large visitor till sun.  Brodie, my friends large Aussie, has been staying with us since wed.  The girls usually like having him here but don't seem to interested this time.

this is the day of surgery and the warming blanket.

This was one of my last conversations with Trixie before she died.
Leroy went to a couple of lectures at the church on revelations by a pastor from Luther seminary in mpls. He said he was really good.
Shirley, Leroy's sister, is having a total shoulder replacement in June.   Donna, my friend, is having cataract surgery in may and in June.
Jeff is doing well and he took us to a production of the Jersey Boys on wed nite.  we met for supper and then went to a pre show party that Alaska was giving and then to the show.  I will try to send a picture of that as well that Leroy took of Jeff and i.
Weather here has been funny, as warm as high 60's and occasional 70 and then cooler than the dickens at nite and some days.  We are in a warm spell right now.
So if anyone is reading this you might want to watch as when the end of the month comes we will be on the road to somewhere.  Probably a dog show immediately but who knows what after.  Will probably stick around in the NW for a while as we have a graduation (which is a quilt i need to get made) and a couple of prior commitments and we need eye checks and stuff like that.  Still haven't gotten a dolly for the car yet so that will need to be done.  Whats ahead should be interesting.
