Lets try this again. One of the worst things in all this, the traveling, is not getting decent signals. The parks all say they have signals but they are so unreliable. We have a plan to fix that soon, just haven't had time.
I am well, tho let me tell you, it is true, things hit you harder the older that you become. This was a bitch and it took me forever. I still get pretty tired but that won't last long. I will build up strength fast. Thank goodness for my training. I need to get back into the swing of my exercise program and training.
We ran an errand on Fri and sat and sun the weather was so crummy we stayed holed up in the house. The dogs are sick of being stuck in the house with me being laid up and the weather. Hopefully it should be warming up and we can hit some trails, or see Iris relatives.
We have talked with some friends down here but haven't seen anyone yet. We are here for at least a week so should see them sometime during that. We will be here a week and will reassess at the MD of that time.
We are at Cowtown in Aledo like we were last year. It is cheaper daily and a lot cheaper as they offer a weekly rate and tho the other one was nicer it was more expensive and didn't offer a weekly rate.
We did get a call on our resume tonight. A animal sanctuary in Arizona. I need to do some more research on it to see if we want to take it but at least someone called. We must have impressed someone anyhow.
