Well we got into Las Cruces and are at a really nice park. Have had some conversations with some really nice people already.
Yest, I spent the day doing laundry. I should not leave it for weeks until we run outof clothes, it ends up taking me all day. But its a great alone time, time to get reading done and meet and talk with new people. You wouldn't believe the tips i get from people in the laundramats, where to go, what to do, etc.
I have been looking in real estate booklets, as i do everywhere. Its my research. Houses here are cheap, you can find some great houses under 200k and some even with an acre. Its a bit higher so a bit cooler, nice size town, so we will have to keep it in mind. Makes more sense to me to buy a house in a cheap area and go to a different area in the bad weather (like hot summer) then the other way around.
Iris is under the weather so will have to watch that or we may have to see a vet.
As i write this I just had a visitor, a guy from wenatchee. A retired high school music teacher who had some parts for our motorhome that he didn't need. So we had a nice chat with me sitting on the doorstep in my pj's.(how embarrassing). I have a history of talking to people in my pjs, ask Donna, or Susen. :)
