Missions in san antonio. There are 5, three miles apart each, that the spaniards built to protect their land that they had taken over. They are incredible. One has the monks still living in it. The majority of them still have congegrations that use them on sun, mostly the idigenious people. I am so sorry that we missed most of the services.

This is some of the original painting done with paints they had available made out of natural products. They are still being restored in this mission. It was the most colorful and had them all over.
