I started a post the other day but didn't finish it and now have no idea where it is.   I am so computer literate.

We are living in the RV as i said.  Been here since the week before Xmas.  Its going well.  We actually get along better.  I think it is cause we really try that much harder.  Its amazing what you can do if you put your mind to it, but we all get lazy and just expect relationships to work with out any effort.

It is sad here without Trixie.  She passed away one week ago Mon.  It is sad.  We all miss her and she was such a large part of the family dynamics that her being gone is really noticeable.  Also she picked up everything we dropped (part of her service dog training) and now we have to do it ourselves.  Working on teaching Iris but we have a way to go yet.  We had her cremated and the ashes are now back and we can pick them any time.  Think we will keep them until we are settled again and then spread them there.   I hope she is up at the rainbow bridge playing with Buster.  Probably pulling him around by the tail again.

The house is finished.  Needs some touch up paint here and there and the bathroom needs some touch ups but it is ready.  Leroy's floors turned out great.  I think I will take some pictures tomorrow and put them on here.  The absence of carpet where we pulled it and painted instead is sooooo good.  Wish i had done it years ago.  it really fits the house now.

A guy looked at the house yest.  but he didn't say anything.  His wife was sick and didn't come along.  They are from California.  We will see what he thought when we get some feedback thru the realtor's.

Our David Ramsey finance class is going so well and really changing some of our thought processes.  Finding out things we have done in the past were right and we just need to do them again and stick with it.  It will really help us learn how to live on retirement income alone.

My little Annie that helps me with the dogs has autoimmune hepatitis of the liver.  She is feeling fine but is now on a lot of meds.  Probably will make her feel worse than she did.  Anyone out there that reads this please say a prayer for her.

Dug out my applique project.  The flower blocks that make a quilt.  I figure i needed something to keep my mind occupied.  It is going well and so much fun to have something to do when i sit and watch TV.  Maybe I will try and take a picture of them.  There are 25 to make and I have 5 almost done.

Don't know if i mentioned we took the cats for a drive to Clinton and back and they did pretty well back in the bedroom.  Sidney wasn't very spooked, Carrie did a bit of crying but settled down.  She kept looking around at the room and couldn't figure it out i think.  Hopefully they will become more and more accustomed to it.

My back incision is healing well, the trunk area is much less painful and I do think i will live.  I still forget and break my restrictions so I hope i haven't done any damage.   The stimulator seems to help but haven't used it a lot as , wouldn't you know, i haven't had much trouble with my legs since then to even warrant using it much.  When i have it seems to work and i do know I can sleep on the one side now and even for a few minutes on the other one so that is like 75% improvement already.  So far it isn't helping the restless legs as much as i would like but we will see. there is still a few weeks of healing to go thru which may or may not make a difference in the long run.

I think we are both losing weight.  We seem to be eating better plus going in and out a number of times a day doesn't hurt.  We don't have much room for junk food so i think that is why.  Lately I have been craving chocolate tho. Maybe i can find some room to store that you think?

Weather here has been cold and damp and it goes right thru you.  It is really bothering me this year for some reason.  No bronchitis tho, yeah for me.   I think those patients were making me sick.

Working on my sew room now, trying to sort to pack some, pick some to go, and what to leave out till the end.  Then i need to do my cook books and then the two closets and clothes.  I see we make less trips into the house now for things we need so it seems we are getting settled in fairly well.

May the days ahead be glorious, the new beginning exciting and may we be joyful and thankful for what we have now.
